Abdelfatah JEBARI is an experienced agricultural professional currently serving as Manager of Farms Development & Operations at both NEOM and TOPIAN since September 2023. Previously, Abdelfatah held the position of Farm Project Manager at Silal for a brief period in 2023, where responsibilities included strategic planning for a prominent future farming hub in the UAE. From July 2017 to April 2023, Abdelfatah was the Soft Fruits Manager at Elite Agro LLC, overseeing berry farms in various countries and managing the UAE's largest blueberry farm. Prior roles include Agronomist and Production Forecaster at Driscoll's in Morocco, Agronomic Engineer at Yousef Abdul Latif Jameel Group, and Technical Sales/Agronomic Engineer at BRAGA S.A.R.L. Abdelfatah holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering with a focus on Plant Protection and Integrated Pest Management from Institut agronomique et vétérinaire Hassan II.
