Kevin Williamson

Kevin Williamson is an experienced engineering and urban planning professional currently serving as the Urban Planning - Engineering Lead at NEOM since June 2020. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Project Director for NEOM at Buro Happold in 2020 and was the Director of Engineering at Etihad Rail from 2018 to 2019. Kevin's career at Atkins spanned 12 years, where roles included Lead Practice Director for Transportation & Infrastructure in the Middle East & Africa, Director of Rail, Head of Infrastructure in Dubai, and Design Package Manager for Dubai Metro. Kevin began their career at Arup as an Associate Director from 1987 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Construction Management & Engineering from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Civil Engineering from Teesside University.
