Umran Rafi

Umran Rafi is an experienced data and analytics leader currently serving as the Head of Data & Analytics at NEOM since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing a greenfield data strategy for ENOWA, a 100% renewable energy initiative. Prior roles include Head of Digital Services at Bank of Ireland, Director of Data & Analytics at various organizations including The S&A Group, First Central, and SSE plc, and Head of Digital Data at Santander UK. Umran Rafi has a strong background in data strategy, transformation, and management, with a focus on delivering comprehensive data solutions and driving organizational change. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree from Aston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from The University of Manchester.
