Wessam Faridi

Wessam Faridi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people management and operations. Currently serving as Head of People Experience at NEOM since November 2021, Wessam previously held the position of Head of Shared Services at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) from February 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, Wessam spent over 15 years at UNDP as Operations Manager. Wessam holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, obtained between 1998 and 2000. Wessam is also certified in PRINCE2.
