Kshitij Jain

Kshitij Jain is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the recruitment advertising and technology sectors. Currently serving as General Partner and Head of IC at Neon since April 2022, Kshitij also founded and leads Joveo, the first programmatic recruitment advertising platform, starting in August 2017. In addition to these roles, Kshitij is an investor and board member at Footprints Childcare Private Limited. Previously, significant positions held include Managing Director of MoBolt Products at Indeed.com, where Kshitij contributed to the acquisition of MoBolt, which Kshitij co-founded. Kshitij's earlier career includes pivotal roles at Monster, where responsibilities spanned various international markets, and at Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd., laying the foundation for sales and marketing functions. Kshitij holds an MBA in International Business from Symbiosis International University.
