Megha Agarwal

Megha Agarwal is an experienced professional with a background in operations strategy, production planning, and business development. Megha began their career in 2011 as a Vocational Trainee at National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. In 2012, they joined Samsung Electronics as a Senior Executive in Production Planning HHP, where they were responsible for planning production and managing end-to-end supply chain operations. In 2016, Megha became the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Surviving Life After a Parent Dies (SLAP'D), where they developed a long-term exit strategy and created a 1-year transition plan. In 2017, they interned at Fiserv as an MBA Intern in the Billing and Payments Group, where they conducted consumer surveys and combined consumer insights with transaction data to develop a Power BI dashboard for clients. In 2018, they joined Avant as a Senior Associate in Operations Strategy. Most recently, in 2020, Megha became the Co-Founder and CEO of Neon.

Megha Agarwal completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Krishna Institute of Engg & Tech. in 2012. In 2010, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical CADD from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. Megha also obtained Senior Diplomas in both Kathak Dance and Vocal Music from Prayag Sangit Samiti in 2003. In 2016, they graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
