Adrian Torres

Adrian Torres is the current People Operations Manager at Neon. Prior to this, they were a Senior People Operations Specialist at Typeform from January of 2021 to December of 2022. Adrian has also worked as a People Operations Specialist at Typeform from January of 2021 to December of 2022. In this role, Adrian was responsible for supervising the payroll process, coordinating the offboardings, and keeping monthly payroll variables updated. Adrian also provided support for the Total Rewards Director on Compensation and Benefits, the HRBP team on the performance and salary review, and the Strategy team on company structure changes. Adrian was also responsible for maintaining People & Talent databases updated, generating essential reports & dashboards for the Business, creating and writing company policies, and keeping the approval processes updated in internal tools.

Adrian Torres has a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Bachillerato from La Salle Congrés. Adrian also has certification from AIHR in Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partner 2.0. Adrian is certified by Igualia as an Equality Agent and by Premaqua, SL in Health and Safety.
