Sebastian Wincrantz

Sebastian Wincrantz is an experienced engineering manager currently at Neonode since September 2019, leading a cross-functional team and overseeing strategy, process development, and personnel management, alongside serving as product owner for the company's IR-touch. Previously, Sebastian held roles as Team Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities included implementing PDM/PLM systems. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Developer Engineer at Stoneridge, developing instrument clusters for heavy-duty trucks, and working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Ericsson on remote radio units. Early experience encompasses positions in retail and internships focusing on product improvements, bolstered by a degree in Innovation and Design from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Additionally, military service was completed as Squadron Leader in the military police.
