Tara Guinotte

Tara Guinotte is an experienced occupational therapist currently employed at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center since August 2019. Prior to this role, Tara worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at TMC: Therapy Management Corporation from May 2016 to July 2019, providing OTA services in skilled nursing facilities, and at Fredonia Regional Hospital from May 2016 to May 2017, delivering comprehensive OTA services to an inpatient critical-access hospital population. Tara began their career as a Rehabilitation Technician at Stormont Vail Health from March 2015 to April 2016, assisting the rehabilitation team with patient care and therapy sessions. Tara holds a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Health Services Administration, along with an Associate of Science in Occupational Therapist Assistant, both from Washburn University.
