Neil Sawyer

With over 27 years of experience, Neil Sawyer is a subject matter expert in all areas of HR. Prior to joining NeoSystems, Neil worked in top HR positions for non-profit, association, technical, and media organizations. He is proficient in Federal and state law, executive coaching, and HR compliance and best practice audits. Neil has served as President of the Washington, D.C. Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the Advisory Board of Marymount University. He is currently a Board Member of the HR Alliance of the Metro DC area.
