Artur Tabanov

Artur Tabanov is a Java Software Engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Neotech Development since August 2020. Prior to this role, Artur worked at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation from August 2017 to August 2020 in a similar capacity. Artur holds a Master’s degree from Tomsk Polytechnic University, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2017.
