Sergey Kapustinskiy

Sergey Kapustinskiy, CISM, has extensive experience in information security, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Neotech Development since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sergey held the position of Information Security Manager at ITRex Group from May 2021 to June 2022. Between September 2014 and May 2021, Sergey was the Chief Information Security Officer at the Joint Stock Company "Banks Processing Center." Additionally, Sergey served as Chief Information Security Officer at MTBank from June 2010 to September 2014.
