Omar Corral

Omar Corral serves as the General Manager and Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement at NEOTech since April 2023. Prior to this, Omar held multiple leadership roles at Electrical Components International from September 2021 to May 2023, including Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement Director, as well as Regional Lean Manager. Experience at ITW spanned from March 2017 to September 2021, where Omar operated as Plant Manager, Sr. Operations Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. Previous positions also include Operations Manager at CTS Corporation from December 2015 to February 2017, Value Stream Manager at Honeywell Process Solutions from October 2013 to December 2015, and Controls Engineer at Continental for a brief period in 2013. Omar's career began at Delphi, serving as Control & Test Engineer from June 2000 to June 2013. In terms of academic qualifications, Omar earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from UC between 2011 and 2014.
