Hugues de Sazilly

Hugues de Sazilly has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hugues currently holds the position of President at NEOTISS and serves as a Board Member at GIFEN. In 2021, they became a Business Angel at Arts et Métiers Business Angels and a Partner at IANA SAAZ, where they support small and mid-sized companies in their transformation challenges. Prior to that, they worked as the COO at FICHET Group, leading the turnaround for a private equity fund. Hugues also held various leadership roles at Wabtec Corporation, including as the VP of the Power Collection Business Unit and the Managing Director of WABTEC PASSENGER TRANSIT USA and FAIVELEY TRANSPORT SHANGHAI. In addition, they served as the Chief Procurement Officer at FAIVELEY TRANSPORT and ARJOWIGGINS, and as the Transition Manager and Purchasing Director at Atos Origin. Hugues started their career at Peugeot, where they held multiple roles focusing on purchasing and project management.

Hugues de Sazilly's education history includes earning a degree in Finance for Executives from INSEAD in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a General Engineering degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers between 1993 and 1996. In 1992, they studied at Lycée Jean-Baptiste SAY Paris, and in 1991, they attended Lycée RASPAIL Paris. In 1990, Hugues de Sazilly completed their Bac C degree at Lycée St CHARLES Paris.
