Rashida Hodge

Rashida Hodge is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Azure Data and AI for Customer Success at Microsoft, Rashida leads a team dedicated to transforming client business outcomes. In addition to this role, Rashida holds board positions at Sonatype and Girls Inc., and serves as a limited partner with Operator Collective and Neotribe Ventures. Previous experience includes a 20-year tenure at IBM, where Rashida held several senior leadership roles, including Global Vice President for North America Go-to-Market in Global Markets and Vice President for Strategic Partnerships and Product Management in Watson AI. Rashida possesses degrees from Stanford University, Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, and North Carolina State University, including an Executive MBA and advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering.
