Deborah Phillips

Deborah Phillips is a Government Services Specialist at NEPA Alliance, where Deborah has been contributing since October 2006 to support the success of businesses, local governments, nonprofits, and economic development organizations in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Prior to this role, Deborah served as an International Business Development Specialist and Peace Corps Volunteer from 2003 to 2005, focusing on small business development and information communication technology in Dago, Kenya. Deborah attained education from Albright College.
