Rosa Woods, MSM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Rosa Woods, MSM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Rosa began their career in 1998 as the Director of Human Resources at MegaBank. In 1999, they moved to Nextel as the Senior Manager of Human Resources. In 2006, they were promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources at Comcast. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Registered Representative at World Group Securities. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Human Resources Director at Boulder Brands, Inc. During this time, they also held the role of Human Resources Director at Unidos Financial Services INC and Tempo Financial Holdings Corporation | i-transfer. In 2019, they were promoted to Human Resources Director at iLendingDIRECT. In 2021, they became the Senior Director of ESG and Head of Human Resources at Nepra Foods, Ltd. Additionally, they have been an HR Consultant at Rosa's HR Solutions since 2016, where they have completed various projects such as compensation planning and analysis, project and program management, employee relations investigations, benefits enrollment automation, payroll training and support, policy and handbook development, and talent acquisition services.

Rosa Woods has an extensive educational background. Rosa obtained a BA in Political Science/International Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The University of New Mexico. From 2002 to 2005, they attended Regis University and obtained a Certificate in Executive International Business and an MSM in Organizational Leadership. In 1994, they obtained an SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In April 2015, they obtained a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Rosa also holds a Certified Trainer - Civil Treatment for Managers certification from ELI, Inc.
