Gemma Gilbertson (assoc. CIPD) has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist at Neptune since April 2015. In this role, Gemma is instrumental in attracting and securing top talent across the UK, Europe, and Asia during a period of significant growth for the organization. Prior to this, Gemma worked at Swindon College from September 2009 to April 2015 as Operations Manager - L&D. Educational credentials include a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in HR Practice and a CMI Level 3 Diploma in Supervisory and Team Leadership, along with a Certificate in Recruitment Practice from The REC.
