Marco D'Alfonso

Marco D'Alfonso has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions. Marco started their career at Kmart Corporation in 1996, where they held progressive leadership roles until 2004.

In 2004, Marco joined Rexall as a Category Manager and later became a Regional Manager. Marco then served as a Divisional Vice President, responsible for 130 corporate stores in South Western Ontario (SWON) with sales over $500M. During their time at Rexall, they conducted regional P&L reviews and talent reviews to strengthen and build on existing resources within the District and Region.

In 2015, Marco joined Sears Canada as the National Director of the Liquidation Channel. Their responsibilities included creating and implementing business plans to manage clearance/liquidation stores across Canada. Marco was accountable for all financial measures and had a broad area of responsibility covering Vancouver to Halifax.

Most recently, Marco worked at News America Marketing as the Vice President of Operations for the Canadian division. In this role, they led a team of managers and over 400 field staff, developing strategies to improve overall execution and analyzing processes to enhance productivity.

Marco D'Alfonso obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from the University of Windsor.
