Lou Shababy

Lou Shababy currently serves as the ECAD Manager at Neptune Technology Group, where responsibilities include driving process and tool improvements as well as implementing Windchill PLM and Cadence Pulse environments. Prior to this role, Lou worked as the PCB Design Lead and ECAD/PLM Administrator at Eaton, focusing on PCB design and library management using Cadence Allegro and OrCad Capture. Additional experience includes positions as PCB Design Lead at Cree and PCB Designer at Micromeritics Instrument Corporation, along with several roles at Intercept Technology Inc. as Product Manager and PCB Designer. Lou's career began at IBM, serving as a Customer Engineer and Electronics Laboratory Technician. Lou holds an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology.
