Kristin Terris

Kristin Terris is currently the Associate Director at NERA Economic Consulting. Prior to that, they were a Program Manager at USWEST Wireless from January 1998 to December 1999. There, they managed the budget and schedule for $4 billion construction of wireless cell towers nationwide. Before that, they were a Project Controls Manager at Bechtel Corporation from August 1988 to June 1998. There, they managed proposals for new work on large international construction projects and managed the scheduling department for NATO clients in Ukraine on a project to decommision all nuclear missile silos in Ukraine.

Kristin Terris has a Ph.D./MA in Economics from Georgetown University and a BSEE/CS, BSBA in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Kristin Terris reports to Lawrence Wu, President. They are on a team with Benjamin Chee - Managing Director, Dirk van Leeuwen - Senior Consultant, and Andrew Joskow - Affiliated Consultant.
