Kevin Bouley has a diverse work experience ranging from executive leadership to advisory roles in various organizations. Kevin began their career at Nerac, Inc. in 1987 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President and ultimately President. At Nerac, they were responsible for strategic business planning and execution of growth strategies. In 2018, they became an Advisory Board Member for the Peter J. Werth Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Connecticut, where they facilitated partnerships and built relationships to provide exceptional opportunities for students, faculty, and alumni. Kevin also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the School of Business Dean's Advisory Cabinet and the School of Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Connecticut. Additionally, they serve as an Advisory Board Member for the Master of Engineering in Global Entrepreneurship program at the University of Connecticut.
