From 2013 to 2021, Dr. Sullivant was the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Baptist Memorial HealthCare, a health system with 23 acute care facilities in 3 states, 21,000 employees, 110,000 hospital discharges annually, 1,100,000 ambulatory visits, medical and nursing schools, and residency programs. With over 25 years of experience in both the practice of medicine and healthcare administration, Dr. Sullivant is currently a consultant to River City Capital, a high-growth equity firm focused on building high-potential healthcare companies where he is conducting reviews of target healthcare companies to determine their relevance and ability to solve patient care delivery issues.
