Martel Jackson

Martel Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social media strategy and mentorship. Currently serving as a Social Media Business Strategist at Free Geek Arkansas since November 2014, Martel has also been a Mentor at Nerdies since January 2014 and holds the position of Director of Sponsorship for Fayettechill, where responsibilities include selling sponsorship packages for the End of Summer Daze festival. Prior experience includes working as a Local Crew/Stage Hand at George's Majestic Lounge from May 2013 to June 2014, assisting prominent musicians and their production teams. Martel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas State University, attending from 2005 to 2007, and previously studied at the University of Arkansas in 2003-2004.
