Ahmad Tawfiq

Ahmad Tawfiq has a diverse work experience in the field of finance. Ahmad most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Nesma since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Qatari Investors Group from September 2021 to August 2023. From October 2019 to June 2021, Ahmad worked as the Director of Finance at the Investment and Development Office (IDO) in Ras Al Khaimah. Before that, they held various roles at Al Fozan Holding, including Chief Financial Officer of Arnon Plastic Industries and Group Financial Controller. Ahmad also worked at Exeed Industries as a Finance Manager and Group Financial Reporting Manager. Ahmad started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte from 2004 to 2008.

Ahmad Tawfiq holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Yarmouk University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Ahmad also holds a professional certification in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, which they obtained in 2015. In addition, they earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Bayes Business School from 2017 to 2019.
