Monika Jaskulska

Monika Jaskulska possesses extensive experience in quality control within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Quality Control Department Leader and Quality Control Specialist at Nesperta sp. z o.o. since February 2018, Monika oversees quality control processes throughout production, develops quality documentation, conducts staff training, analyzes quality indicators, and manages audits and customer complaints. Prior experience at Ricor Polska Sp. z o.o. from October 2013 to January 2018 includes roles as Quality Engineer and Quality Controller, where responsibilities encompassed customer service audits, complaint management using the 8D methodology, and participation in advanced quality planning processes. Monika holds a Master's degree and an Engineer's degree in Management and Production Engineering from Poznan University of Technology.
