Bill Chapman

Bill Chapman has been with Ness & Campbell Crane, Inc. since January 1997, starting as a Crane Operator/Oiler before moving up to the position of Crane Superintendent/Operations Manager in February 1998. With a degree from IUOE Local 701 Apprenticeship, Bill is a skilled Journeyman Universal Equipment Operator specializing in cranes, excavation, and material handling.
