Zeno Hawkins

Zeno Hawkins has extensive experience in the real estate and housing development sectors, currently serving as a Partner and Founding Partner at Nest Homes since January 2013. Previously, Zeno founded and owned Highland Homes SC, a custom housing development firm based in Greenville, SC, from 2002 to 2016, and also operated Highland Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage during the same period. Zeno initiated a career in real estate with Pilot Homes, contributing to significant growth before the company achieved annual sales exceeding 150 homes. Zeno holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, alongside prior studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
