Caterina Urbano

Caterina Urbano is a Senior Strategy Analyst at Nesta since August 2022, following a role as Strategy Advisor at the Department of Health and Social Care from March 2020 to August 2022, where contributions included supporting departmental projects and analyzing drug tariff data. Previously, Caterina served as a Policy Intern at Universities UK, focusing on immigration reforms, and as a Policy and Academic Representation Assistant at the London School of Economics Students' Union, where involvement included designing mental health policy proposals. Early career experience includes roles at the Italian Embassy and the Italian Honorary Consulate, as well as administrative positions at the University of Manchester Students' Union. Caterina holds an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Manchester, complemented by a semester abroad at the University of Melbourne.
