Service Designer (a Fairer Start Mission) at Nesta

Yini Z. is an experienced service designer currently working at Nesta as part of the A Fairer Start mission and is seconded into the Behavioural Insights Team. With a strong background in user research and service design, Yini Z. is involved in developing inclusive design frameworks at the Service Futures Lab at the University of the Arts London. Previous roles include service designer at Metroland Cultures, where Yini Z. created evaluation strategies for community art programs, and design researcher at frog, contributing to digital transformation projects for a major financial institution in Taiwan. Yini Z. has also worked as a CRM strategist and experience designer for Calvin Klein, as well as interned at Nielsen and Ogilvy. Yini Z. holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Media, Culture and Communications from New York University, and a Master's degree in Service Design from the University of the Arts London.
