Mikko Ruokonen

Mikko Ruokonen has extensive experience in construction management, particularly in the renewable energy and natural gas sectors, having worked at Neste since October 1998. As a Senior Construction Manager, Mikko has overseen projects such as the Renewable Jet Fuel refinery and Waste Water Treatment plants in Rotterdam, the Inkoo Natural Gas Compressor station, and the Pori LNG Terminal. Additionally, responsibilities included managing various filling stations and biogas refineries, as well as overseeing natural gas transmission and distribution pipelines. Prior to joining Neste, Mikko served as a Staff Officer and Engineering Officer in the Finnish Ministry of Defence, contributing to international military operations.
