Noelle Marcus has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2005 with a role as a Citizen Diplomat & Construction Worker for the Post-Tsunami Rebuilding Project. In 2007, they held an Intern role at Bead for Life, as well as a Counselor role at Power of Hope. In 2010, they worked as a Paralegal for the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Development Corporation, and from 2012 to 2016 they held two Project Manager roles at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Most recently, in 2017, they founded and became the CEO of Nesterly.
Noelle Marcus attended Barnard College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2009, they attended Sciences Po, where they studied Political Science and Government. Noelle then attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master's Degree in City Planning (M.C.P.).
