Your Mission:

We're seeking talented and driven Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our continuous growth. As a Sales Executive at Nestify, you'll spearhead supply growth by collaborating with senior management to pinpoint top-of-the-funnel leasing opportunities, negotiate leases, oversee deal closures, and manage property assets. Additionally, you'll cultivate relationships with property owners and developers, advocating for Nestify.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the property portfolio.

  • Lead prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing new real estate opportunities.

  • Cultivate relationships and present Nestify to major developers and property owners nationwide and in the region.

  • Supervise and guide negotiation and deal structuring, leveraging headquarters' resources like market analysis, underwriting teams, and public policy stakeholders.

  • Handle significant, high net worth, strategic, or tactically vital accounts.

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Management team to devise and execute a growth acquisition strategy.

  • Utilize local real estate expertise and networks to identify developers and property owners with suitable opportunities for Nestify's business model to thrive and add value.

  • Manage relationships with owners and developers, encompassing deal structuring, ongoing correspondence, and lease adherence.

  • Establish and maintain a network of local agents and broker partners to fuel the supply pipeline.

  • Craft, negotiate, and support leases favorable to Nestify and its guests, emphasizing commercial terms, property maintenance, cleanliness, and landlord responsiveness.

  • Acquire proficiency in local public policies and building codes.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be fluent in French, both written and spoken.

  • A proficient closer, self-driven, and persistent.

  • Mastery in presenting value propositions, handling objections, and instilling trust.

  • Extensive and well-rounded experience in real estate acquisitions and development is a plus

  • Ability to design intricate partnerships for long-term value creation.

  • Experience across various letting asset classes, from serviced accommodations to long-term rentals.

  • Understanding of real estate structures is a plus

  • Proficiency in navigating public policy environments and influencing legal/regulatory frameworks.

  • A strategic thinker with experience steering organizations through rapid growth.

  • Outstanding communication skills, simplifying complex deals for diverse stakeholders from various backgrounds and locations.
