Your Mission :

We are looking for talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help us continue to grow. As a Sales Executive at Nestify, you will be responsible for driving supply growth by working with our senior management to identify top-of-the-funnel lease opportunities, negotiate leases, manage deal closings, and asset manage the properties. You will also be responsible for building relationships with owners and developers and pitching Nestify to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the portfolio of properties

  • Supervise the prospecting, qualification, pitching, and closing of new real estate opportunities

  • Build relationships and pitch Nestify to many of the largest developers and owners across the country and region

  • Oversee and guide the negotiation and structuring of deals by leveraging other headquarter resources including teams dedicated to market analysis, underwriting, and public policy stakeholders

  • Be assigned to large, high net worth, strategic, or tactically important accounts

  • Work closely with the Senior Management team to develop and implement a growth acquisition plan

  • Use local real estate knowledge and a network of contacts in the market to source developers and real estate owners with suitable development opportunities where the Nestify business model can operate and create value

  • Manage relationships with owners and developers including deal structuring, ongoing correspondence, and lease compliance

  • Develop and maintain a network of local agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipeline

  • Craft, negotiate, and support leases favorable to Nestify and its guests, with a focus on commercial terms, as well as property upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and landlord responsiveness

  • Become fluent in local public policy and building code

Qualifications:

  • Is an accomplished closer who is self-driven and tenacious

  • Has mastered the art of presenting a value proposition and handling objections while inspiring trust

  • Has a vast and well-rounded background of experience in real estate acquisitions and development

  • Can design sophisticated partnerships in order to create long-term value

  • Has experience with a range of asset classes in lettings from serviced accommodation to long lets

  • Understand the real estate structure

  • Can deftly navigate the public policy environment and has a knack for understanding and influencing the legal/regulatory framework

  • Is a strategic thinker who has led organizations through rapid growth

  • Is an outstanding communicator possessing the ability to communicate complex deals in simple terms to a variety of stakeholders in different locations and from different backgrounds

  • Having a car is a must in order to commute
