Sílvia Delgado-Aros

Sílvia Delgado-Aros has a diverse work experience in the medical and scientific field. Sílvia currently holds senior roles at Nestlé Health Science in Global Clinical Development. Sílvia has been working at Nestlé since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Boehringer Ingelheim as a Clinical Program Leader from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they were a Scientific Consultant at EliasBoulanger SL from 2017 to 2020. Sílvia also has experience in board memberships and committee roles, including being a coordinator for the Functional GI Disorders Group at the Asociación Española de Gastroenterología and a member of the Scientific Committee at Societat Catalana Digestologia. Additionally, they have had clinical and teaching roles in various medical institutions such as INSTITUT SALUT INTEGRATIVA I CONSCIENT (ISIC), Osteo9 · Fisioteràpia i Osteopatia Integral Avançada, Clínica Omega-Zeta, and Universitat Pompeu Fabra - UPF.

Sílvia Delgado-Aros has a MD degree in Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, which they obtained from 1989 to 1994. Sílvia also completed a GI Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Hospital del Mar from 1996 to 2000. In 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Science Degree in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Clinical and Translational Science at the Mayo Graduate School. In 2010, they completed a Master in Leadership and Management in Science and Innovation at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Most recently, in 2018, they attended the IESE Business School for the Program for Management Development with a specialization in Business.
