Vandana Garikipati

Vandana Garikipati has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Vandana is currently the VP, Head of Global Regulatory Affairs Pharma at Nestlé Health Science, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs US at Aimmune Therapeutics, a Nestlé Health Science Company, starting in February 2021. From November 2018 to May 2020, Vandana held the position of Vice President Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance at BestCo/Santa Cruz Health Care. Before that, they were the Head of US Regulatory Affairs Self Care Medicines at HRA Pharma from October 2016 to November 2018. Vandana also has experience as a Director of Regulatory Affairs at Banner Life Sciences LLC from August 2015 to October 2016 and as a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Banner Life Sciences from December 2013 to July 2015. Vandana held multiple roles at Banner Pharmacaps, starting as a Regulatory Associate from January 2006 to October 2008. Later, they served as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs from October 2008 to December 2013 and as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs, North America from January 2011 to December 2013. Vandana began their career as a Sr.Microbiologist at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from July 1994 to January 1999. Vandana also gained research experience as a Research Analyst at the University of Kentucky from June 2003 to June 2004 and as a Research Associate at the National University of Singapore from January 2000 to September 2001.

Vandana Garikipati completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nanoscience from the Joint School of Nanoscience & Nanoengineering from 2014 to 2019. Vandana also participated in the RAPS Executive Development Program from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2013. Vandana obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology from Osmania University and their Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Microbiology from Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam.
