Andrew Glass is an experienced attorney with a background in leading and completing various complex M&A and commercial transactions in multiple industries. Currently holding the position of Vice President, Deputy GC, Head of Acquisitions, Business Development & Commercial Transactions at Nestle, Andrew has also served as Managing Counsel and Head of U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions at the same company. Prior to their current roles, Andrew worked at Active International, O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and Skadden Arps in various legal positions related to Mergers & Acquisitions. Andrew holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
