Betül Beşel has extensive experience in brand and marketing communications, having worked in various managerial roles across prominent companies. At Nestlé, Betül serves as the Consumer Communications Manager. Previously, at Arçelik Global, Betül held multiple positions, including Head of Employer Branding and Internal Communications, Senior Brand and Marketing Communications Manager, and Brand and Marketing Communications Manager. In addition, Betül gained valuable experience as an Assistant Brand Manager at Ontex and as the International Roaming & Visitor Roaming Marketing Coordinator at Turkcell.
