Rute Franco

Rute Franco is a seasoned Agile Senior Project Manager at Nestlé since June 2017, responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and budgeting while ensuring alignment with financial KPIs. Previously, Rute held various roles including Project Manager, Stream Process Optimizer, and Automation Partner, leading global initiatives, managing process improvements, and delivering RPA solutions. Rute began the career as a Commercial Consultant at Meo SA and completed an internship in psychology at Centro de Saúde da Damaia. Rute holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Ispa - Instituto Universitário, obtained in 2015.
