Shawn Bushouse serves as President of Emerging Brands at Nestlé Health Science since March 2021, overseeing a business unit focused on high-growth, early-stage brands. As Chief Operating Officer at Vital Proteins since April 2018, Shawn has played a pivotal role in the company's operations. Previously, as Executive Vice President at James Skinner Baking Company from February 2013 to April 2018, responsibilities included directing sales, marketing, finance, HR, IT, supply chain, and S&OP functions. In earlier roles at Kellogg Company, Shawn was Region Finance Lead and Financial Controller, managing significant financial elements for key sales units and manufacturing facilities. Academic qualifications include a CFO Program from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2017, an MBA in Corporate Leadership from Creighton University in 2009, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Western Michigan University in 2005.
