Vaibhav Chaturvedi

Vaibhav Chaturvedi is the Head of Talent for Nestlé's South Asia Region, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Employee Wellbeing across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Maldives. With a career spanning over a decade at Nestlé, Vaibhav has previously held roles including Head of Talent for Indochina, Change & Organization Design Manager for the Indochina region, and HR Business Partner for Asia, Oceania, and Africa. Prior to Nestlé, Vaibhav served as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, focusing on performance improvement and HR advisory services, and held HR roles at ITC Limited, where responsibilities included a wide range of HR functions in the Personal Care Products division. Vaibhav holds a PGDHRM from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
