Jorge Escalante

Jorge Escalante is an accomplished executive coach and facilitator with extensive experience in career development, outplacement, and coaching programs. Currently serving as a Coach Ejecutivo y Facilitador at NET COACHING since January 2021, Jorge has also been an external consultant at Right Management since March 2014, where responsibilities include designing and facilitating various training programs for corporate clients. As an ex-faculty member at Universidad de Lima since October 2011 and Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola since March 2008, Jorge has contributed to the development of courses in coaching, leadership, and emotional intelligence. Additionally, as an independent coach since January 2009, Jorge has provided personal, executive, and team coaching along with designing workshops for both public and private sector organizations. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Coaching from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and a degree in Systemic Coaching from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
