Chiara Parmeggiani is a CX Manager at Net Insight since September 2018, focusing on initiatives to enhance Customer Experience excellence. In addition to this role, Chiara serves as a Volunteer Programme Manager for North Europe at Rise, where efforts are directed towards expanding the Northern Europe programme and improving gender equality in the Media and Broadcast industry. Previous experience includes roles as a Marketing Project Manager, Content Marketing Designer, and a Graphic Design Intern. Chiara has worked as a Freelance Translator and Graphic Designer from 2014 to 2017. Educational qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Customer Experience from The CX Academy, an IELTS Academic certification, a TISUS certification from Stockholm University, a Master's Degree in Languages and Cultures of Asia and North Africa from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Languages, Cultures, and Societies of Eastern Asia from the same institution, complemented by a ten-week Japanese Language Course.
