Vinny Cimino has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1992, Cimino worked in sales for Konica Minolta before moving on to MCI in 1995. In 1998, they briefly worked at Qwest Communications before joining Level 3 Communications, where they held various roles including Senior Account Director and Sales Director. At Level 3 Communications, Cimino focused on the financial services industry and managed a team responsible for $15 million in annual revenue. In 2008, they worked as a Sales Director at cdnetworks/Panther, overseeing sales on the East Coast. Cimino then returned to Level 3 Communications in 2009 and held the roles of Sales Director and Client Executive, where they targeted industries such as gaming, sports betting, broadcasting, and entertainment. In 2018, Cimino joined Lumen Technologies as a Sales Director, leading a team of five Account Executives and focusing on the global media, entertainment, sports market sectors, and sports betting. Finally, in 2023, Cimino will start working as a Senior Sales Director at Net Insight. Throughout their career, Cimino has been involved in strategic planning, team leadership, sales growth, and building client relationships.
Vinny Cimino attended Marist College from 1985 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Audiovisual Communications Technologies/Technicians. In 1987 and 1988, they also attended Maynooth University, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree from there. Prior to attending college, Vinny Cimino completed their high school education at Washingtonville HS. In July 2019, they obtained a certification as a Test & Improve Certified Facilitator from Altify, through the institution CenturyLink.
