Thodoris Koumbis has had a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Thodoris started their career in 2008 at OTE Group of Companies (HTO), where they worked in customer support for a year. In 2016, they joined Fieldscale as an Application Engineer and remained in that role until 2020. At Fieldscale, they gained experience in engineering applications. In 2020, Thodoris joined TaskUs as a French Bilingual Customer Support Agent, providing customer support in both English and French. Thodoris later transitioned to the role of Technical Support Advisor (Tier II) before leaving in 2022. Currently, they are working at NET2GRID as a Customer Success Engineer, a role they took on in June 2022.
Thodoris Koumbis obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) between the years 2001 and 2009.
