Noam Klapper

Noam Klapper currently serves as the Head of Digital Farming Operations at Netafim, overseeing global operations of digital farming products since May 2022. Previously, Noam held various supply chain management positions at Flex from February 2011 to May 2022, which included roles as Supply Chain Manager for the IL site, the Ofakim site, and the ECI project. In these capacities, Noam was responsible for operations activities such as order management, fulfillment, forecast planning, logistics, and customer services. Noam also worked as an Account Manager, managing end-to-end projects and overseeing operational and production supply chain teams while handling multi-million dollar activities and budgets.
