Paul Kincaid

Paul Kincaid has a wealth of experience in financial and executive leadership roles. Paul currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at NetAlly, a Colorado-based IT hardware tools company. In this role, they oversee finance, accounting, human resources, IT, and legal, while also providing close oversight of manufacturing and sales operations.

Prior to joining NetAlly, Paul worked as an Operational Advisor at StoneCalibre, LLC, where they assisted in financial and operational due diligence of potential acquisition targets and played an acting executive role during the transition of newly acquired businesses.

Paul has also held CFO positions at Connected Corporation, Pilot Software, and Marcam, where they were responsible for finance, HR, investor relations, legal, IT, and facilities.

Furthermore, Paul worked as the Corporate Controller at Marcam and held the role of International Financial Controller at Pilot Software. In these roles, they managed various financial functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, SEC filings, and internal audits.

Paul Kincaid has a strong educational background in business and accounting. Paul earned their BBA degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1979 to 1984. Following that, they pursued further education and completed an MBA at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, Paul holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and as a Chartered Global Management Accountant from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
