Dhairesh Oza

Dhairesh Oza is a Principal Engineer at NetApp, with over a decade of experience since joining the company in November 2012, where significant contributions have been made to ONTAP, NetApp's Unified Storage OS, and key technologies such as File Access Protocols and DNS Load Balancing solutions. Prior to this, from July 2004 to November 2012, Dhairesh held various roles at Novell, including Specialist, where the design and implementation of a metering module for the Novell Cloud Security Service were completed, along with optimizing databases and ReST APIs for scalability. Dhairesh also served as a Software Engineer at Novell, focusing on backup infrastructure solutions, and began the career at Wipro Technologies as a Software Engineer, contributing to Telecom Network Management Software for Nokia. Dhairesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Karnatak University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
