Jyotiram Pasupalak

Jyotiram Pasupalak has extensive experience in customer support and technical services, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Support Delivery and Worldwide Technical Support at NetApp since October 2015. With a focus on leading a diverse global team, Jyotiram has developed strategies for hybrid cloud portfolio support and scaled cloud capabilities. Prior to NetApp, Jyotiram held roles as Sr. Director of Customer Support at BMC Software, where a customer-centric approach was emphasized post-privatization, and Director of Global Systems Technology Support Center at Oracle, overseeing global service delivery for storage solutions. Earlier career experiences include managerial roles at Sun Microsystems India, Computer Sciences Corporation, and HCL Technologies, accentuating project management and service delivery across the Asia-Pacific region. Jyotiram holds a General Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from the University of Mysore.
