Protima Achaya

Protima Achaya serves as the Senior Director of HR and India Site HR Head at NetApp since January 2013, leading the Talent Acquisition function in the APAC region and collaborating closely with site leadership to enhance employee experience and organizational reputation. Previously, Protima held various roles at NetApp, including Director of Staffing for India and APAC, where responsibilities included managing recruitment strategies and staffing operations across multiple regions. Prior to NetApp, Protima worked at Cisco Systems, gaining experience as APAC Lead for Scaling Services and India Staffing Lead. Protima began a career in staffing at Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd as Senior Manager, overseeing utilization management and global resource deployment. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from N I T, Surathkal.
